🏨 Hotel Review: 2.5/5 ⭐️⭐️✨
✔️ Perfect Location – Right in the heart of K-Town, with easy access to the subway, bus stations, Empire State Building, and Times Square. If you’re looking for pure convenience, you can’t beat this spot.
❌ The Downside:
• Extremely outdated – The hotel is falling apart.
• Elevator issues – One elevator was out of service (as reviews mentioned), leading to long wait times.
• Safety hazard – A brick soap holder fell off in the shower, which could have caused serious injury. Thankfully, we were okay.
• Poor management response – We emailed about the issue but didn’t get a response until after check-out. They reimbursed $80, but with a nightly rate over $400, it didn’t seem like much.
• Tiny, cramped space – The room barely fit two beds, with no room for luggage. The bathroom was extremely small, with no shelf space for toiletries.
• No soundproofing – You can hear everything from outside, but hey, it’s NYC.
• Towels were thin and old – One shower and they were soaked.
• Comfortable bed – Probably the only real plus inside the room.
Bottom Line: If you only care about location, this place works. But for anything else—comfort, space, quality, service—look elsewhere.
