The staff is excellent but except for the hotel lobby, the property is dated. The corridors look and smell like a cheap motel. The rooms are good but the two queen size beds were more like twin sizes. So the paid upgrade really didn't work.
The service staff and the food are excellent. The morning breakfast is awesome and has a lot of variety. Overall only the service staff shine.

Have stayed in past, but this time it was a really bad experience. My booking included breakfast. Had changes in flight and requested a packed sandwich, they did not oblige.
Requested help with luggage at 11 PM, was totally panicked as did not receive help untill 11.45 PM.
Needed travel documents printed, no business office. Had to call 3 times to get help with that.
The room looked really bad with inappropriate furnishing, a shabby table and really eyesore lockers. Will not be staying there ever again.
At the very minimum I should get partial refund, states barely 6 hours.

The stay was alright but the property overcharged me. My stay was already inclusive of taxes and they charged taxes again on the taxed amount. And now they are not refunding the overcharged amount even after a month and promises. No customer care.

Arrogant attitude of front desk staff
The service of front desk is pathetic. After check-in, I called front desk requesting for a scissor or knife to open airport security lock from my suitcase. She informed me that she is sending this right away. When no one came for 30 minutes, I called them again. The front desk staff who pucked up phone said that sorry, they cant send scissor or knife to my room. After that I went to reception to request again and finally they sent scissor to my room to open security lock of my suitcase. I wasted 1 hour in this struggle with their rude staff. After that, the phone stopped working in the room and there was no water in bathroom with frequent power cuts. At the time of check-in, no one bothered to ask about my experience of stay. When I asked for feedback form, I was told that I'll receive this online and I can give feedback there. This kind of pathetic service was not expected from chain of hotel operated by Grand Hyatt!!

Horrible experience. Food was inedible and had the worst service ever . Not even one thing we ordered came or if it finally came after many requests , it was either inedible or wrong . No one cared . Requested room service and after one hour of wait and few calls finally showed up . And when we addressed all our issues . they offered me to have food at the same horrible cafe.
Wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place . Everrrr

We booked a room with twin beds, manger tried to sell us a room with king size bed , which we refused to accept it, after showing my frustration, he finally gave us two bedroom apartment, which was far from elevator
