I liked the excellent service in our hotel. The ladies working there where extremely nice, competent and helpful. I honestly wish them well. What was close to a horror was our room (I think it was called Piagga). You gotta go to the upper floors only to open a door where directly after entering there are stairs leading to some kind of lair from hell. If this was America, they would be sued already after the first broken bone.
So, you gotta go a pretty long way down to your beds while being in your room already. Then you have just one window, looking outside to the backside of a building. Luckily there is a working air conditioner, because the air in the room is so bad because of the one and only window you have you gotta keep closed because a) pigeons might enter your room and b) there is somewhere a restaurant and you will be surrounded by the stink of grease. So air conditioner it is. The kids called the room after they where tired of museums "the basement". Lets go back the basement, they said. And it is a basement indeed. All the rooms around us doesn't have so many steep steps at all, I think we might be the only one.
The couch broke my back, I didn't want my kids to sleep on it. Can't still stand up properly.
Location is good, because everything is in the near.
The breakfast was inclusive, you get vouchers for a nice restaurant where there is a buffet. It's about 4 or 5 minutes away from the hotel and the people are there very nice and the food was more than decenttoo
