The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful.
Given the extremely high costs of the room, which will get you a room twice the size in a four star hotel in London or Paris, we were a bit shocked by how tiny and outdated the rooms were.
Given the surroundings of Yellowstone National Park, we were aware that wireless would not be available and were more than understanding we could not expect the same standards as in major tourist destinations, however, we felt taken advantage.
The coffee capsules were not renewed, so we had no coffee starting on the second day.
The bathroom is tiny and has the quality of a 1-star motel.
The whole building gives the feel that it received its last updated in 1981. The rooms were very dark and felt cluttered.
The quality of the food in the food market is absolutely horrendous, so we decided to skip breakfast altogether. Overpriced junk food of the lowest quality. Definitely buy your breakfast and hiking food outside the park. For 350 Dollars a night, maybe you can offer some food items that go beyond the quality of a third-rate gas station?
At least the dinner at the Rainbow Room compensated for the mostly abysmal food options offered throughout the park.
Don't believe me? Check out the Google Ratings of most of the park's restaurants and hotels.
Please improve the quality of the lodging and especially the food market, especially given the stratospheric prices that are being charged. Thank you.
