I booked a Family Apartment with 2 rooms with 2 beds. They gave me two separate apartments with 2 beds. I declined the second apartment because we were traveling with children. When I asked them if it would be the same price they said yes. When I asked them why I didn't get the room I booked, it was available, they said Expedia made a mistake. When I told them to give me the second room the offered at the beginning if they weren't going to give me the room I booked or a refund they said they couldn't do that either because that was a mistake also! The only mistake was booking at this place. They say they are in the heart of Livingstone, they are not. They were experiencing power outages (unavoidable in Zambia at this time) and they did have a generator that would allow you to use the basics. They did not offer a fan during the outages. They took no ownership of the booking problem. If you stay, definitely sleep under the provided mosquito nets.
