"spotless"

"The reception staff were excellent. The room although small was well equipped and clean. The restaurant has a limited menu. The first night i had a hamburger which was excellent. The second night I ordered veal which was too tough to eat so I changed to a pizza. The restaurant staff were competent and friendly. I was a bit surprised at the lack of english. The included breakfast was not great the first day the eggs and the sausages were cold. The second day was better but the toaster did not toast. We took the airport shuttle to T1 again no english but we managed. On arrival we had booked an Uber. We were told me meet the Uber at P1 first level. We waited but the Uber did not show up. We forgot in Europe the 1st level is what we would go the 2nd levrl"

"The hotel was conveniently located for the airport and about 30 minutes from the city centre on line 5 metro The staff were friendly, we could not get the courtesy bus from the airport as we waited and ended up paying 25€ for a taxi, that could have been better information provided. The food and drink in the cafeteria was very good, we tended to eat breakfast there also. The rooms were comfortable with balconys and tea/ coffee making faiclities. "
