How should I describe how awful of an experience that I had at this Hotel? To begin, I selected this hotel after reading the reviews of how quiet it was, and what a good night's sleep everyone enjoyed here. I am here to say that this was the exact opposite of my experience. Typically, this happens because of rude guests in other rooms making noise, or even mechanical issues--but the problems here were entirely caused by the staff being negligent.
I drove 14 hours total over 2 days and was exhausted upon arrival. At check-in, I was given a piece of paper to fill out with my auto's information for the parking pass. I replied that I would need to go check the plate as it was a rental. The desk worker assured me that it was not needed. At 11p, an hour into sleep I received a call that my "dome light is on." I go to the lot in the middle of the night to discover it is not my car whose lights were on. Bad enough, but forgiveable I guess. At 1 AM, there was a pounding on my door, I got scared, as I guess there must be a fire or other emergency. When I look out the peep hole, it is a hotel employee saying "I have the water you ordered." I DID NOT ORDER ANY WATER! I DID NOT CALL HIM! OMG I was furious to be woken up for now a 2nd time by these careless people. I have never experienced anything like this. Needless to say, I took me forever to fall back asleep, and indeed my day was ruined on my trip because I was exhausted from lack of sleep. What an absolute nightmare!
