Room was very clean and breakfast was pretty good. Eggs and sausage and lots of other stuff. I was particularly impressed with the amount of jelly/jam available and other condiments all in their cute little packages.
Unfortunately, the elevator was broken, something I only found out when I got there. my boyfriend has a bad hip so cannot climb stairs. The guy checking us in originally told me the rooms with king beds were only on higher levels, but then miraculously “found” one on the first floor, but it was right across from the gym and next to the pool and a loud side door that kept banging. So definitely not the greatest in terms of noise. I wish there was a way hotels.com would let potential guests know if an elevator was out of service. I might very well have picked another hotel.
also, the hair dryer must be wired bad. Could not hold the handle for more than a minute or two before it got super hot. I told the front desk upon checking out, but I wonder how long that has been a problem and either no one has used the hair dryer or no one else bothered to tell hotel staff about it.
