There were several huge black gnats in the bathroom which I had to begin killing within the first 5 minutes of entering the room. It was so bad that my daughter and I slept with the bathroom door closed to to make sure none flew on us while we slept.
Also, at check in, I asked the rep at the front desk if I had to use the card that was used for the registration. She immediately replied, “No, not at all. We can take care of that right now.” I, then, tapped my major credit card and signed the check in documents. The next morning upon checking my account, it shows that the original card used for the reservation was actually charged in full and there was NO charge at all showing pending or processed on the major credit card. This definitely created a financial hardship because the funds were not in that account hence my reason for using a different card at check in. I was very upset and frustrated.
