1. The keys didn’t work. Had to go back to the desk for new ones
2. Toilet didn’t work. Waited for about 20 minutes for the maintenance worker to stop collecting trash and fix the toilet. Had to go back to the lobby to use restroom.
3. Internet was so slow at connecting that we thought it didn’t work so went back to the lobby to get help.
4. No hair dryer in the room. Had to go back to the lobby to get one.
5. Ice machine on 3rd floor broken. Had to go back to the 1st floor to get ice.
Is that enough?
The room was clean and nice. The staff, Stephanie, Tamra, and Mandy were A+. Nothing on the above list was ther fault. It was the fault of management.
