When checking in i was told i had to pay $100 deposit and that if i wanted to get it back quicker that i needed to bring the receipt back in the morning when i check out so they could run the card again. However she said it could still take 3 to 15 days to get back! I dont know what i would have done has this been out of state and i didnt have the extra money bc this room was non-refundable. We get to the room and the shower wont turn on bc the handle is stripped. I had to go back down to the desk to get another room which was luckily right next door but still inconvenient. The receptionist was very quick to help fix the situation which i appreciated. The hotel is not as nice as i expected it to be but its not horrible. I will not be staying there again.
