Great value beautiful rooms
The 1 bedroom apartment was beautifully decorated n very comfortable n clean. The front desk very nice. The only complaint is that it’s on the main highway. So the pool is very noisy with the highway traffic. And it’s more like a renovated boutique motel with great rooms. It’s gd value for what u get. No restaurant at hotel so for bkfast etc is more problematic if u dont want to drive or uber. But hotels in old town are almost double the price so uber it is lol

The suite was good as Airbnb apartments with Ocean view at Myrtle Beach with similar price. They offerd me an upgrade (?) from partial Ocean view to Ocean view, probably to compensate the price that I paid with Expedia since I complained that I paid more than >$100 for same room. I forgot to check the hotel price in their web and I just booked with expedia as I was doing for 15 yrs with them. The room price was 1/3 cheeper by booking directly with Hotel. Since I realized the day before and time frame to request for price adjustment with Expedia was already past for an hour. The upgraded Suite had a parking with first floot roof view, heavy traffic road and Ocean view. The location was front of the ocean with road and far from few beaches that Key West have. Also, unfortunately they have cockroachs and bugs in room. We found more on the wall next to elevator. We try to understand that it was inevitable by having suites with cooking area.

Beautiful gem of a hotel
This boutique hotel was extremely comfortable, immaculate and located 10 minutes from all the action on Duval St. It was quiet and the room was beautiful with a great view. The kitchenette was well equipped for a short stay. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Our room was 212. It was infested with cockroach’s. The first day I saw one, kill it and didn’t think much about it. The next day it like the whole nest came out. They were every where. I did complain to the manager. She did send her staff to clean our room and spray it. But the next day we woke up there were more. At this point we settle in already and didn’t feel like switching room. But that’s not it. I also complain about the drilling they were doing early morning. She told me it wasn’t that early and the crew doesn’t start until 9 am. ( which is a lie) at that time, I didn’t look at the time so I didn’t have nothing to say. But the next day when they start drilling I look at the time and it was only 7:30 am. I mean we on vacation and we want to sleep in a little. Overall it a little pricey for all the problems we have. Other than that, the view from our room was great!
