"Sehr freundliches Personal. Grosse, saubere Zimmer. Ich war nicht mit dem Auto da, have aber gesehen, dass es eine grosse Garage gleich beim Hotel gibt. Die Lage ist nicht ganz zentral, aber alles ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. "

"Our room, booked by Expedia was very smaller than the rooms my friends booked at the same time not by Expedia. Our room was under the roof with sloping roof in the room and had no refrigerator. The rooms booked not by Expedia, all had one in the room. And our bathroom was also much smaler and older as the others."

"Midhat in the Novotel was a great concierge. She did a great job making us feel comfortable, I hope you can reward her for the great job she did because next time I‘m gonna be staying at the Novotel again because of her."
