The room was not vacuumed, we found a Dime and a red licorice twizzler on the floor between the bed and nightstand; the window screen was torn (we were on the first floor) and the shades were about 6 inches too short and couldn’t block the light and view; lights, refrigerator and microwave were not plugged in; television remote needed complicated sequences to access the tv and we had to get a staff member to come show us how to work it as there were not printed instructions available; the bathroom floor was dirty, especially around the toilet; there was no ice bucket in our room and the ice machine was not working anyway.
On the positive side: the staff was congenial and helpful, finding an ice bucket for us and filling it from a bag of ice they had available, helping with the tv remote. Also the mattresses were very comfortable.
