I can’t even review this hotel because I never checked in yet they texted me to check out. They took my money before hand including the deposit which I was paying cash for so it over drew my account. I get 1 night but the whole stay plus the deposit. I did not authorize that. I got attitude when I asked. I tired to cancel fri night and was told that I had to loose one night which was fine it’s was my fault. Than they texted me this morning to check out. Hello what I never even checked in. Than I go back and forth with them and was told that hotels.com had to cancel but they tried for 2 days as well. They keep telling them they did it but clearly they didn’t. They trying to blame hotels.com but it’s their fault not hotels.com. If mangement or owners read this I want a call back.
