Extremely disappointed with the poor maintenance, terrible build quality, and lack of basic service at this property. It feels completely unfinished and unsafe.
Interior & Room Quality
* Uncomfortable Mattress: The bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Luckily, my sister-in-law lives here in Kos, so we had to borrow a mattress topper from her just to make the bed bearable.
* Neglected Housekeeping: Room service and cleaning were nonexistent; the room was completely skipped and left uncleaned for 4 straight days.
* Restricted AC: The air conditioning thermostat was locked, making it impossible to turn the AC below 22°C, leaving the room uncomfortably warm.
* Unfinished Furniture & Trim: The bed frame features cheap, raw particle board left completely exposed without proper veneer or edge banding.
* Subpar Carpentry: Door frames are badly misaligned and split wide open, leaving gaps that reveal exposed spray foam, raw plaster, and missing baseboard trim.
* Low-Quality Workmanship: Structural posts are slapped together using exposed, cheap metal L-brackets screwed directly into the floor tiles.
Dining & Breakfast
* Poor Buffet Selection: Breakfast was severely lacking in both freshness and variety. The drink selection was exceptionally poor, offering only orange juice and water as cold options.
* The pool area was really poorly maintained,unclean with the metal grills around the pool lifted creating bad trip hazards, and some missing. Cracked tiles and sharp edges.
