Great place for a downtown stay

The apartment was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and amenities like the pool and hot tub during our stay. We went to a baseball game and the location made it easy to walk to the stadium. Parking was also included and we felt very safe in the building

We recently stayed at a high-rise apartment with breathtaking views that made every moment feel special. The apartment itself was absolutely spectacular—modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The building's security team was friendly and professional, which added to the overall sense of comfort and safety. The only downside was that some of the towels had hair on them, which was a bit off-putting. Aside from that, everything else exceeded our expectations. With just a little more attention to detail, this would be a perfect stay.

Nice room. But some little issues.

The room was nice and clean. Getting the key was a problem. We couldn't figure out how to open the lockbox. Our key was a little bent so it was hard to get out of the door without thinking we were going to break it off. Half the lights didn't work. They wouldn't turn on. The roof is pealing in the shower area. The train running in the street down below was a pain at night. Overall, it was a nice room and close to where we needed it to be.

Very nice location and the apartment was also very nice. My problem with this rental is that its not a hotel and its being rented through hotels.com and they dont explain that at booking. I arrived with no idea of how to get in. They send you into an alley to get the key which isnt ideal at night in an area you dont know. Cold shower everyday except last when I let it run for 45 minutes before it got warm. I cant imagine the wasted water in this building. Floor was sticky in front of patio door with footprints in it so the floor really didnt seem clean anywhere. All that said i would stay there again if those minor things were addressed. Great location, and the apartment is nice.

Such a beautiful suite, the view of the city was phenomenal my kids loved it and didn’t want to leave, the environment is quiet and clean, the suite manager is very attentive and has communication and a number you message them in case you need help or you need the suite cleaned as they have a cleaning service, although you do have to go up and down some floors using the elevator was a breeze, the pool was so much fun and beautiful scenery, the night time view was gorgeous, the suite itself was clean, and even though the suite manager isn’t there physically they are very communicative and attentive to your questions and concerns and are very hospitable with providing clean towels, blankets, pillows and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, the suite is stocked with actual dishes, plates, bowls, eating cutlery and cups, wine glasses, cooking pots and pans, knives and cooking supplies, cooking oil, salt and pepper in case you want to cook and stay in. Also there is dishwasher pods, dish soap, laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets in case you’d like to wash your clothes. All this made staying there with kids easier as we all know how things can get messy and might need to throw your clothes in the washer. This place was phenomenal and the suite manager is amazing definitely will be booking for our future travels. Definitely 10/10 recommend.

My spouse had a conference at the downtown Phoenix conference center. The location of this unit was perfect. We could walk to the grocery store, museums, shopping, and entertainment. The parking was so easy to access and for a downtown location, I felt safe in this area. There is a security guard in the lobby from late morning until 11pm, so that was nice as well. The pool is only about 3 feet deep, which was perfect for our kids to splash around it. The hot tub was delightful and there are tables and lounge chairs in the pool area as well. In the room, we had a great time with the basketball and game table. My kids were in heaven. In response to some reviews, we had plenty of hot water and the room was clean. There is a weird lighting thing in the living room. We brought two lamps from the bedrooms into the living room and put them on the windowsills, which helped solve the problem, but more lamps are for sure needed in the tv/game area to make it ideal. I was a bit perplexed by the dishes situation. There is lots of dishware, but we like to cook when we have a kitchen and the pots and pans were minimal. Considering there are so many beds you would think you'd have dishes to cook for all your guests, but there was only one pot and it was BARELY big enough to boil pasta in, and 1 skillet big enough to brown 1 # of ground beef in. It was challenging to cook for just the 4 of us. Please stock this kitchen with more cookware! No huge complaints, just 4 stars, not 5.
