Highly recommend! Clean room with nice amenities. Staff were helpful and responsive. Be sure to communicate with them ahead of time of your arrival. Location is beautiful and has a great balcony to sit out at.

10/10 – Aussergewöhnlich

The first thing we experienced was a remarkable staff, truly guest oriented. The room was actually a spotless apartment with a great balcony and small well equipped kitchen. It sits on a busy chaotic corner intersection that in its own can be entertaining, but not disruptive. The small cafe next to Casa Mula is great for breakfast and coffee. It sits fairly high above the shops and Marina, which are walkable using either the pedestrian walkway (many stairs) or the elusive pedestrian path on the road. The road is easier on the knees, the stairs a bit quicker. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Exceed expectations

Absolutely loved this hotel. It was gorgeous and exceed our expectations. The staff was very nice and accommodating as well. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but there is a bus stop right outside the front door which was very convenient.

10/10 – Aussergewöhnlich

The location of this hotel is on top of the hill. The city bus stops right outside of the hotel door! We didn’t know this and lugged our luggage all the way up the hundreds of steep steps, a mistake I hope others will not make. Ask for the bus stop after you get off the ferry or pay for it to be transported up. Other than that it was fantastic. Great boutique hotel, clean, modern, excellent sea view. The staff was on lunch break so we had to wait for 15min which was irritating after we were exhausted lugging the luggage’s. But she was super nice and helpful when she showed up.

The accommodations were clean and fresh. Carla and Dani were very helpful, friendly and professional. The bus stop is right across the street. The steps to get to city center right near. Great place to stay!!

The staff were very helpful and nice. They helped us find a parking in the very busy street of Positano. They gave us great recommendations and were always available by WhatsApp. The room itself had great spacing, clean and comfortable. The back yard is a great addition for relaxing as well. Overall we had a great experience with Casa Malu.

Beautiful place with Perfect location!

Karla and Danielle were wonderful hosts. I have stayed here before it is the most beautiful and spacious apartment, super large, super clean, two full bathrooms/bath etc. huge kitchen with island, lots of closet space and an amazing outdoor patio. Karla was soooooo amazing! booked us dinner reservations and ride, booked our luggage porters, gave us a bunch of reccos for restaurants, and always responded within minutes. Location is PERFECT! its up the hill so you get beautiful views of Positano but conveniently right in front of the bus stop to go up and down as you wish if you don't feel like doing the stairs. downstairs there is a grocery store and convenience store, 2 restaurants./bar amazing! you could not ask for more. perfect location. I will be staying here again! Thanks so much XOXO

2/10 – Mangelhaft

Reclamamos e deram a senha do vizinho pra gente! Arrependi mto!Caro&ruim!

Room was nice with bus stop in front of hotel door but we also had bunch of ants on the patio and on the day of checkout we did not have running hot water, property didn’t have on site maintenance technician and nobody was at the front office on the day of our checkout, had to get hotels.com customer service to get a holder of the owner/manager but she came as we were leaving and did not help us. For the amount of money we paid you would expect constant hot water and no ants the patio. Pictures of ants on patio was shared with hotels.com customer service.
