Checked in and left within about five minutes. There was a German cockroach on the bed and trash from a previous guest still in the trash can. I was also charged a $30 cleaning fee, which is pretty outrageous given the condition of the room. I have a documented allergy to German cockroaches, making the situation an even bigger health concern. The bed was directly on the floor, and there was also an unusual door apparently leading toward a manager/staff area in Room 103. The room looked nothing like the nicer photos advertised online. I never stayed in or used the room and have photos documenting the conditions. Trying to get a refund has also been unnecessarily difficult, with management relying on the no-refund policy despite the circumstances. It’s a hassle trying to get a refund for a room I didn’t even use.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was hit with a fee in addition to what I'd already paid Expedia, which I'd been led to believe was payment in full. Beyond that, the bed was at least comfortable; however, the TV didn't work, the towels were dirty, and the shabby curtains on the window offered scant privacy. I'm a pretty no-frills traveler and don't expect much from a budget hotel, and even my meager expectations went unmet. Stay anywhere but here.

If I could give zero stars I would. Property looks nothing like pictures. Dirty, floor was soaking wet. They do not honor online prices and added room fees for being under $50. Charge $5 for using a card to pay. Wouldn't even give us an extra pillow. Terrible. Terrible

Was unable to get a room after I booked it on hotels.com. Come to find out the hotel is small with only 20 rooms available, there was a lot of people turned away. I still got charged they couldn’t cancel it for me nor could I on the website!!!! Never again will I use this site!!!!!

My stay at Super7 Inn by OYO San Antonio N.W. Medical Center was extremely disappointing. The room was in unacceptable condition: stained sheets, a dirty restroom, used soap packets, and floors that had not been cleaned. There were also roaches present throughout the room, which made the environment feel unsafe and unsanitary. Additionally, the air conditioning did not work, leaving the room hot and uncomfortable. When we attempted to request a refund, the staff had already closed for the night and did not respond to calls. We chose to leave the property due to the poor conditions and are now seeking a refund. This was one of the worst lodging experiences I’ve had, and I cannot recommend this hotel.
