One of the best resorts I have stayed at. This resort is a 5 Star resort. This resort is a perfect spot to just kick back and relax. The room we had was incredible and it was more like a villa. The staff is amazing and I can’t wait to go back next time I come to Bali.

My wife and I was very tired from the flight to there after 15 to 16 hours. The staff was amazing, they offer to wash our Feet's, very surprised and refreshing after a goodnight rest, we started our journey and exploration on our honeymoon. We personally want to recognize Sri who was so sweet and diligent for whatever our needs were, she gave good directions to explore areas in Bali. She suggested good restaurants to attend. The staffs all are very helpful and kind, friendly people. Sri even have us to plant a tree a memorable event to return to see it's growth. We even met the manager on site a kind and friendly individual. This is diffinately return visit to Bali.

I could not recommend this property enough!!!! I have NO complaints! From the villa, to the staff, to the food and daily included activities; everything was PERFECT! They treat you like royalty and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is to your liking. The ONLY con is that it is tucked away a bit far in Ubud, but I actually liked that! I will 100% be staying here again in the future. Thank you Equipoise!

Beautiful resort. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was very attentive and went out of their way to make our stay extra special. My family went there to celebrate my birthday, and the staff did a special birthday ceremony in the morning and also surprised me with a special room set-up while we were out for the day. They were also very helpful with arranging any transportation needs we had while staying there. We booked 3 bungalows and all bungalows have their own private pools. These are a bit chilly, unlike the main hotel pool, but that might be due to the time of year we visited (early May). The food was excellent and healthy. There are a couple waterfalls close by within walking distance that were easy to get to. A scooter ride into town for quick shopping is 15 minutes away. Ubud and main touristy things like the monkey sanctuary are about a 35 minute ride.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is excellent, surrounded by beautiful nature, which creates a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room is wonderful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The food was delicious, and the service deserves special mention — the entire team, both at the restaurant and throughout the hotel, was extremely attentive, warm, and professional. You really feel well taken care of. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, this is the perfect place, especially for a two- or three-night stay to disconnect and recharge. The only small point to note is the bathtub. Although it is advertised as a hot bath, the water temperature reaches around 34°C, which feels more like warm water rather than a truly hot bath. It does not reach 38–39°C like a traditional hot tub. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would gladly recommend

Other than the beauty of the villas it was the little things: 1. Front desk staff took time to research questions they didn’t immediately had an answer to. 2. Staff noticed my mosquito bites on check in so included repellant with my turn down service the next day. 3. Never had I had my feet washed as a welcome. 4. Restaurant staff new our preferences after only one meal. 5. Staff apologized to me when it was my fault I missed a class/activity. There’s more but, go experience it yourself.

My partner Arron and I stayed at Equipoise Resort & Spa, originally just for one night, but we loved it so much that we ended up extending our stay for an extra night. From the moment we arrived, the experience was amazing. The check in was honestly the best we’ve ever had. We were welcomed with drinks and a relaxing foot spa, which immediately made us feel calm and taken care of. The hotel really is a hidden gem in Bali and such a perfect escape if you’re looking for peace and a wellness focused stay. The villas are beautiful and incredibly picturesque, surrounded by nature and so quiet. We booked a couples massage and had dinner and breakfast at the resort, and everything was excellent. The food, the atmosphere and the level of care from the staff all stood out. A huge thank you to Degung and the entire team, who were so attentive, warm and thorough throughout our stay. You can really feel how much they care about their guests. I vlogged the whole experience and can’t wait to share it. We will definitely be back. It is the kind of place you do not want to leave and immediately start planning your return to.

I have never encountered a team so warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel special. Pebe was incredible—so kind, welcoming, and always one step ahead in anticipating needs. Mahender was equally exceptional, bringing professionalism and a personal touch that made every interaction memorable. And the spa staff—wow. Every single person there contributed to an atmosphere of calm, care, and total relaxation. It was easily one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. This wasn’t just a stay—it was an experience I’ll be thinking about for a long time. If you’re looking for a place where every detail is perfect and every person makes you feel valued, this is it. I can’t wait to come back.
