Overall the communication/ instructions and room was very good. Easy check in once the information arrived through my email. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and had everything you would need. I would book again in the future and well recommend. I couldn’t give 5 star on the cleanliness as when I stepped outside on the balcony it had not been cleaned and allot of bird crap.

Everything was great at this property. Close to the port and train station, so walking to each was easy. Staff was helpful with check in process. Only downside was the AC didn’t seem to work too well, so it was a bit warm, but wasn’t bad at night with the window open. Overall great property and great experience.

Tienes que estar atento a tu email, o celular porque por esa vía envían todas las instrucciones a seguir para el check in , el lugar es muy cerca de la terminal de cruceros , muy limpio y al rededor hay restaurantes y compras . Si lo recomiendo .

The room was spotless, and a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bare bones but all that you need. walking distance from the cruise ship terminal or the train terminal. Great food nearby!

Unfortunately, the AC was broken during the worst heat wave Europe has seen in years, and we were notified the morning of check in. We were only staying here one night before embarking on a cruise, and were unable to find any other accommodations in the city so last minute. We checked in, but ended up leaving a few hours later to stay on a twin bed in a friends accommodations nearby because it was unbearable.

Do not stay here . It is a rip off. we got there and nobody was there was there. And it was locked up. Rang the bell , no one came to the door. They sent the code to get in hours after. We had to find a new place

Hard to figure out the key system. 3 doors. 3 different keys. No utensils in kitchen, so hard to stir coffee. Was clean and for only ine night it was adequate.

The key situation is not confusing as another review stated, it is just not standard for the US to have these kinds of locking systems where you have to use a key to physically open the door instead of unlocking a handle. But that should not deter someone from staying here, after we did it once it was fine. The room was kept very nicely and we felt we had the perfect amount of space. We walked from the train station and to the cruise terminal. It did feel a little out of place walking with our suitcases from the train station so I would have maybe preferred to plan transportation from there to the room but it worked just fine not a long walk.

There was ample coffee available. I would suggest the pre arrival information be a little more detailed. Our UBER driver also had a little trouble with parking and getting into the building if you go out is quite difficult. We came back from dinner about 8:30-9:00 pm and you have to get buzzed in. The person who manages that for this unit is not dependable (it was cold) and a little rude about it. We had wanted to explore the area but felt trapped in our room after 8.

You need a code to get your key to get into the room. They don't send it to you until just a couple hours before your arrival, even though you reserved the room weeks earlier and are traveling all the way from the US. Unfortunately, we didn't get the email, because I didn't want to pay the daily roaming charge for my cell phone. I just use WiFi at the places I stay at. They waited until after checkout time at the hotel I stayed in the night before to send the email. When we couldn't get in, I relented and turned my roaming on to see if I could contact them. I still didn't get the email, because I couldn't get a cell phone connection. We had to go to a different area and finally got through to them by phone. It was a nice place, but for them to blow the check in so bad, by waiting until the last minute to send the email is very bad service. If you go to the website they have a chat feature, which I had used before leaving the US. They never answered my chat, so I left the window open on my laptop. They finally answered my chat, AFTER check in time, and still didn't answer my question of how we were supposed to get in. People that are this bad at communication shouldn't be in the hospitality business.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. And we paid for the location. It was a short taxi ride to the cruise terminal. Other than that, it was all downhill: there is NO STAFF. There are no amenities. THERE WAS A KITCHENETTE TYPE ROOM THAT TWO COUPLES SHARED. BUT THE WATER BARELY TRICKLED OUT OF THE FAUCET IN THERE. You do have a lift that will take two people and a couple of bags. That’s a positive. There were stains on our sheets, which I will post a picture of. Plus many skiffs on the walls. I pulled the sheets off looking for bed bugs, happy to say there were none. Because i’d the stains, We Did not sleep on the sheets.we slept on too of the comforter. last thing I wish to say is, they asked us to please clean your own room.
