Had a refurbished room and I must say it was beautiful really redeemed themselves and i would happily stay again i had no issues i did forget to take a picture of the review sheet so writing one on here instead keep up the good work

Brilliant room, very comfy and well-equipped for a small space. All communication was digital plus a printed thing in the room, but oh so friendly! Very convenient location in city centre. Overlooks a pedestrian street, so surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of Brum BUT NOTE: there's a NIGHTCLUB across the road, so expect to hear the beat from the middle of the night until 5.30am on club nights.... Even quality earplugs are insufficient

I travel a lot for work and have stayed in many hotels, but this was one of the worst nights I’ve had. There is a nightclub right outside and the music was extremely loud. I woke up several times during the night because of the noise, and this was on a Monday night. Very disappointing if you actually need a good night’s sleep.

Bed mattress was terrible, quilt very thin, pillows uncomfortable. The room is situated on the third floor opposite a night club that is very loud on a week day from 12 midnight untill the early hours - if you want a good nights sleep then this place is not suitable!!

This is a reasonably priced place to stay in the middle of Birmingham, close to New Street station. There are no staff on site but communications on how to get into the room were clear and delivered well before check-in time on the day of arrival. I had to access this info via the booking site, so bear that in mind when you travel (i.e. you will need to be able to log in on the day). The info included some emergency phone numbers, which were reassuring to have although I did not need to call them. The stairwell to get into the apartments is bare concrete and a bit tatty, but once inside the third floor premises everything was very neat and tidy. There are six apartments in total, all accessed from a well maintained corridor. Room amenities were good, with a very good shower, kettle, tea/coffee but also a toaster, fridge and microwave. However, the room would benefit from a bedside table and lamp, as the only portable lamp was across the room and wired through a hole in a cupboard, and therefore could not be moved. Not a major issue but would be an easy fix as there is enough space for a bedside table. The location is in the middle of Chinatown and the Gay Village, and as such it is a busy location overnight. There is a club nearby which operates to around 5am, so be aware of that. I don't mind as I know the area, but you need to make allowances.

The place was easy to find and get into.Outside, you're in Chinatown with plenty of vibe and things to do. Inside, once you get past the scruffy staircase and dodgy lift, the 3rd floor is ok. The room is acceptable, clean, and appointed with fridge, microwave, toaster, cups, and glasses. The bathroom is modern. However, the walls are incrwthin and yiu will hear the noisy neighbours playing music and having a domestic until 1am. After that, the club over the road will be noisy until after 4am. The bed is short, with a footboard, so you can't hang your feet out the end.

Beliggenheten er bra, 5 min gange fra Birmingham New Street station. Ubemannet hotell med innsjekk vis mld. og tilsendte koder. Fungerte helt fint. Rommet var greit nok. Dusjen på badet var løs og hang og slang. Var blitt forsøkt tapet. Håndkle var fuktig og luktet surt. Veldig mye støy utenfor med bånn gass på nattklubb like ved. Kommer ikke til å besøke dette stedet igjen.
