The hotel was spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped, comfortable bed, walking distance to the XFinity Center. There was absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel.

We loved our stay here. The hotel is super beautiful and clean, and the kitchen is great for making your own meals. The only issue was the automated check-in system, which wasn't working well, so we had to go to another hotel to get our keys. Despite that, I would come back anytime!

The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable and spacious. We loved how close it was the the Xfinity Center, we were able to walk there and back and didn’t have to worry about post concert traffic.

Nice, new, clean hotel with comfortable beds. No front desk, no ice machine. There is a full kitchenette but no ice trays. So if you want or need ice you need to plan ahead. You may be able to go next door to the Fairfield inn and ask for ice as if you need front desk service that’s who you contact.

Check in isn't obvious and we did it in the pouring rain. You need to go across the parking lot to Fairfield Suites to check in and get a key. The room was big and clean, etc... but once a party started after midnight and went on past 2am, there was no staff to help. An elderly man came by and just knocked on their door then gave up. I'm talking LOUD bass into the night. Otherwise, we would've stayed there again.

This was a brand new property and we only stayed one night. The checkin instructions on the site were not what was needed but a quick call to the property and it was all set. It was a great rate and we stayed there due to the walking distance to the xfinity center, an easy 20 min with police helping at crossings during the show times!

Very clean and well appointed suite. Had a private office area and kitchenette with utensils, plates, cups, and glasses. Even had dishwasher with cleaners. Extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed but, no extra pillow for said bed. There was limited “front desk” service and you may have to go to fairfield inn located next door. Otherwise, Very comfortable and meticulously clean room. Would totally stay again!

The comforter had coffee stains all over it. The bed TV didn't work and said there were signal issues. (We went to the store while we went for dinnner, and bought an HDMI and attached my latop instead) The 2nd TV was 15 feet from the first one, and was exactly the same, with the same remote controller. So, if you used the remote to try to turn on one TV, the other TV would turn off, and vice versa. Wild lay-out choice. The response wouldve been we'll get you another room, but we had already unpacked for our 1 day stay so we werent interested in that. Overall, a very messy experience, and my worst experience at a hotel in a while.

It was a nightmare. I got there at 530pm and check in was at 4pm. Myself and about 10 other guest were left in limbo about the status of our room, and no one would give us a definite check in time until about 7pm when they told us we would definitely get a room by 1030pm… They did nothing to accommodate us, no vouchers…They just told me that I can get ready for the concert in the LOBBY of the Fairfield Inn (their sister company) and change my clothes in the bathroom. The room was finally ready by the time I got back from the concert at 11pm, but they didn’t even offer late check out to accommodate the 6 hour late check in.

Politely asked for a member of management to contact us and they never did. Very very disappointed!!!!! We were told a different rate than what we were charged as well. Again, very disappointed!

Very nice stay. The room DIDN’T have a Do Not Disturb sign. And housekeeping came in my room unannounced and shut off my AC with it being 90’ outside??? If you say here and don’t want ANYONE in your room Get a DHD sign. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was large. But the walls are so thin that you hear everything. There are no real amenities and with it as an unmanned hotel it was weird not having someone on site to talk to about things. Wish we could have so we could change our room. Housekeeping came around 9am even though check out was 11. There were no “do not disturb” door hangers. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Just seemed like a rushed build.
