The property itself was perfectly located. The Flatiron Building and the Empire State Building were within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity there was a metro and a few restaurants and shops.
We booked a room for three people, which was only made up for two when we arrived. After several questions and an unfriendly reception, we finally got more towels and a bathrobe.
For the most part, the service and friendliness of the staff was shockingly poor. When asked for a larger room, they said, "Have you never been to Manhattan, the rooms are normal size!" I do not wish for such a contact either in such a high-priced hotel or in a cheap one.
The rooms were photographed very well in the photos and absolutely not designed for three people. We had no way of spreading our suitcases in the room because there was simply no space. The beds were so small that two people could hardly sleep in them.
The next day we had to ask again for towels for the third person.
We were very disappointed with this hotel.
