When I made the reservation I had indicated that it was our honeymoon. When I checked in, there was no response from the staff. Even when I asked if there was a honeymoon suite, there was no response. Not one attention in this regard.
The prices for the garage were freely determined.
When making a reservation in the restaurant, there was a difference between inside and outside, which was not explained to us. So we had to sit inside and could not enjoy the view of the sights outside. The waiter simply lied. There was supposedly nothing left outside. He could have organized a table for us.
I was asked about the check-in experience so that the hotel manager could draw his conclusions. I had already communicated the experience. Perhaps it will be implemented.
The name Grand Hotel is totally exaggerated. The hotel is very run-down. The furniture is outdated and shows signs of heavy use. There are no shelves in the bathroom and when you go to the toilet you bump your legs on the shower wall.
