Nothing but a clean space to sleep and shower. It was our honey moon and we spent one night when Passing through Granada. We had informed them and still we got probably the worst room lol first floor, no view, the windows were turned to the ventilation shaft

Le personnel de la réception principale situé dans un autre édifice est très courtois (aucune réception sur place). Il cherche vraiment à aider les clients. Toutefois, l'arrivée pour avoir accès à l'appartement se fait plus difficilement pour nous et deux autres couples. Les consignes reçues par e-mail manquent de précisions. Toutefois, l'appartement est agréable au niveau de sa localisation mais manque légèrement de propreté au niveau du divan (grosses tâches) et réparations à réaliser à quelques places sur les murs.

The room was clean. Just grabbed my attention that the cleaning stuff are saved in the bathroom, instead of saving them outside the room. The bed was nice. Bathroom a bit small. The bed is pulled from the wall

Una experiencia bastante bonita, la habitación excelente, nos pusieron capsulas de café, azúcar, vinagre y aceite, y para poder fregar los platos. Lo único malo, es que por las mañanas hay mucha luz porque no hay persianas, solo estores. Pero hemos estado muy agusto.

The apartment was really quaint with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We stayed in the ground floor apartment and it was very noisey qe could hear rmthe people above us and people on the streets all night long. We dos not get any sleep. Bring ear plugs and a eye mask as the street lights are bright. Great location.

Attention je ne parle que du pour le studio, le canapé lit n’est pas confort, ok pour 1nuit, et la cuisine n’est pas équipée de plaque de cuisson donc pas possible de se préparer quelque chose. À part ça la communication était très bonne et l’appartement est très bien placé pour visiter tout grenade même à pied!

Superb location for those visiting Granada! (just bring ear plugs for sleeping as many loud motorbikes pass at night along with a garbage truck). Apartment was very nice, well equipped kitchen, two good bedrooms, nice outdoor patio area. Hotel is entirely "self check-in" which is in theory good but the system forced you to upload a photo of your passport which violates data-minimisation under GDPR, they need an option where you enter your details, then the passports can be checked by a human on check-in to ensure they match, sadly this option is not provided. A lot of towels were provided, which was excellent. The shower was very powerful! Overall it was a very comfortable place to stay and I would recommend it to others. Had a bit of an issue on our final morning: The key code for our door stopped working 15 minutes before check-out at 11am, so we were unable to get back into the property and had to call the hotel to access our remaining belongings, not good at all, seems so easy to fix. Overall with a few minor tweaks this would be a excellent place to stay in central Granada at a very competitive price.

The reception staff at the at the Hotel de Luna helped with our check in as I was unable to do this online. The apartment was ready in advance. They sorted our car parking out (not easy find or drive through the small streets of Granada so avoid if you can). Our reception wasn’t overly helpful and we had to ask for things like a city map, her colleague on the opposite desk was much more helpful and communicative. The apartments are around 5 mins easy walk from the hotel and an easy key code system for the main door and for the apartment. The apartment was in a reasonably quiet area away from the throng and in a convenient location for accessing and experiencing all the city sights. The apartment is bright, modern, well equipped. The bed linen etc was clean and the beds comfortable. The patio is ridiculously small and unusable so don’t pay extra to have a room with this facility. The bedside shelves fell off if you put anything on them. The kitchen was clean but the kettle was dirty for example, the skirting boards were mucky and dusty and the certain fitments deteriorating. However, location, clean bed, reasonable city quiet, modern place to rest between all there is to see made it acceptable for a couple of nights. Expensive for what it was.

ホテルと連絡がつきにくい。玄関で何時間も待たされる

ホテルとの連絡は、複数回、何日も電話やメールをしても、繋がらず、hotels.comのサポートを挟んで連絡が着きましたが、当日の部屋へのアクセスをチェックイン時間が過ぎても教えてもらえず、冬の夜に小さな子供を抱えてホテルの玄関で90分待たされました。その間もホテルと連絡か取れないために、観光に出かける予定の時間が無くなりました。 部屋の内装や清潔感は、良かったてすが、ホテルに入室できないリスクがあります。野宿することになっても良いと考えられる場合以外にはお勧めしません。
