This place is hazardous and a scam. The pictures are misleading and the beds have bedbugs. The showers don’t work. The “boss” or supervisor is a con artist. We were promised a refund for 4 of the 7 days we booked with them. We left on the second day but they said as a penalty they will take payment for 3 out of the 7 days. We were dissatisfied with the hotel but we needed to leave immediately to find a working shower. We got a better hotel elsewhere but only a few days after they told Expedia that they would refund us 4 days, they are now stating they won’t be refunding anything to us. This means we’ve paid for 2 hotels during our 1 week stay in Dubai. This hotel isn’t even worth 1 star and it’s overpriced. Stay away from it. I’ve reported this to Expedia and they are conducting an investigation into this motel.

Pues no pude ni siquiera hospedarme aquí, me mandaron para otro hotel sin explicaciones, y con compañía, había 3-4 cucarachas mínimo, no me dieron la llave de la habitación en ningun momento, cada vez que iba a la habitación tenían que abrirme, etc...

Avis sur le Galaxy Hotel – Dubaï
Une expérience déplorable du début à la fin.
L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier populaire et très bruyant de Deira, difficile d’accès et sans parking. Le bruit constant, la saleté des alentours et l’ambiance générale rappellent davantage un Bronx à la dubaïote qu’un quartier touristique.
À l’intérieur, c’est pire : literie sale, présence de punaises de lit, draps tachés, odeur désagréable dans la chambre et propreté inexistante. Le gérant est désagréable et non professionnel, refusant tout remboursement malgré nos plaintes dès le premier jour.
Nous avons été obligés de rester par la force des choses, avant de décider de quitter l’hôtel à nos frais tant la situation était insupportable.
Aucun service, aucun respect du client, aucune hygiène.
Cet hôtel ne mérite absolument pas d’être proposé sur des plateformes comme Hotel.com, qui devraient sérieusement vérifier les établissements qu’elles mettent en avant.
