While the staff was wonderful and very accommodating, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable it felt like I was sleeping on a box spring and not an actual bed mattress and the pillows were just cheap and awful. The room for the most part was clean but you can see there wear and tear on the walls, doors and window curtains. Also I didn't like the fact that our wind gave everyone a clear view into our room (we were on the ground floor). Overall it was Okay for the price but honestly they could do better by investing in more comfortable beds and pillows.

No air-conditioning. Plenty of shops within walking distance. San Martin for breakfast is an 8 minute walk. There's a local market for fruit and cafes near by. The main city centre is a qtl 30/ by Uber.

The room is in very good condition and fairly clean. The room is like 15 ft away from the front desk clerk so not too much privacy. Every time you go to your room you got to walk to the around the front desk to reach your room. It is only minutes away from Oakland Mall and this area it's very modern and safe and has a lot of dining options and shopping options.

The staff was nice. The room was clean. But the restroom I would say 4/5. What I didn’t like is that the walls are so thin and you can hear everything on the other side. Next to my room there were kids and they were noisy. On the upper room there was a couple having sex and were too loud. I couldn’t sleep the whole night.

Hotel? Hilarious. Photos are very misleading. Apparently one of the rooms you can get here is attached to a garage, which is also the way other guests come and go. The windows seals are broken so there is no sound isolation for starting cars and talking people, not that there is any between the lobby and the room either. Loved the fact the receptionist blasts whatever they're watching. The extremely thin sheets come off the bed if you so much as twitch, revealing a blood stained mattress underneath. You better be a heavy sleeper and only be here to sleep, else the quality is a nightmare.
