Great set up for travelling with friends, as each bedroom was connected to a main living space, but private entries to the sleeping areas from the halls. full kitchens, comfortable beds. Great residential type neighborhood that was still close to everything St Andrews has to offer.

Excellent spacious apartment everything was brand new, I stayed in July ‘25 …comfy bed & sofa large TV fridge hob & m/wave… modern shower room easy free parking. Quiet area surrounded by bungalows.

Excellent amenities as it’s a new build for student accommodation. Excellent laundry facility and helpful staff. You can hear a lot from the hallway, but there wasn’t an issue for sleeping.

No restaurant on site, but vending options available.
20 minute walk into town.

nice and spacious room and also quite place to stay within easy reach of st andrews
onky quibble was when having a shower water taks ages to run away so tray fills up pretty quick

A very new property with new fixtures and fittings. Access to the laundry was a bonus. On the flip side bed was a king single which was a bit small for two.downtown was a bit far to walk and parking was at a premium when we were there

The place was hard to find with no signs on the road. We drove past a building site only to find that was the hotel. The room was adequate though rather cramped and a good 20 minutes walk from the city centre.

There is not much accommodation in St Andrews which is reasonably priced.
This place was compact yet very practical with all amenities required for a comfortable stay.
It is slightly further out from town but still walking distance and 24 hour reception with very helpful, friendly staff
