Stayed 2 nights whilst visiting Europa Park. Check in was very quick and easy and staff were very helpful. Room was fantastic we had a family room which included a large double bed and bunk beds with a double on the bottom bunk. This meant there was plenty of space as there was only 3 of us. Bathroom was large and very clean. Breakfast was ok, with a selection of bread, pastries, meat, cheese and some cooked options including eggs, bacon and for some reason spring rolls. Location of this hotel is great for visiting Europa Park as it is a short drive away.

Hotel conditions were definitely different from the pictures, invoice price and Hotels.com price were almost 30 different (hotel staff told me $30 was Hotels.com's commission). I feel like I got scammed.

Check-in war sehr ernüchternd, keine Info über Frühstück, W-Lan sonstige Leistungen etc. Im Zimmer wird auf Schick gemacht, man muss jedoch nichtmal genau hinschauen um zu merken, dass es nur Schein ist. Was die Sauberkeit anbelangt so muss auch noch nachgebessert werden, denn es waren Flecken auf dem Bettbezug zu sehen und auch die Chromteile im Bad oder der Boden könnte mehr Aufmerksamkeit erhalten. Alles in Allem - das erste und das letzte Mal für uns.

Zimmer Sind groß und die Matratzen hart und nicht schon durchgelegen. Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr kitschig eingerichtet, was man den Fotos nicht so richtig entnehmen kann. Es ist ausreichen sauber (gewischt aber nichts poliert). Gästekomfort keine Priorität (kein WLAN passwort im Zimmer, Seifen und Shampoo Spender aber keines davon beschriftet)
