Check-in experience was very nerve-wracking, 3PM check-in time and the Limehome system was still reviewing my reservation, the problem was with the charge of city tax, their email with the link was in my spam folder, they sent the wrong link which I paid and continued insisting that I did not pay even after sending proof of payment. After, I paid again, sent another screen shot and tried to contact their support by whatsapp with no reply from their side. After 2 hours of emails back and forth which ruined my afternoon in the city (with 2 kids!) finally got a reply that it was ok, finding out then that this property actually has a reception and the room card was given personally (so could this not be handled in person at the property??)
