極度失望的一次入住體驗，整體服務水平遠低於基本標準。 入住時被強行指定用膳時間，完全沒有任何選擇或協商空間，做法專斷且不合理。即使明確表達強烈不滿後，酒店亦只作出極為有限且被動的調整，反映管理僵化、服務意識薄弱。 用餐安排混亂不堪，流程失序，需長時間等候卻欠缺清晰指引，情況猶如一般餐廳排隊，與酒店應有水準嚴重不符。 房間清潔亦令人失望，地板有污漬及塵粒，洗面盆有污垢殘留，衛生情況未達基本要求。 唯一值得肯定的是手工藝班導師，專業且英語溝通出色，但亦更突顯酒店整體服務及管理上的明顯落差。 整體而言，服務、管理及清潔全面失守，體驗極為惡劣，不會再次入住，亦不會推薦。
