When I arrived, they had let someone else check into my hotel earlier that day, so I was in the lobby for an hour or more while they figured it out. Initially I was told there were no more rooms. Than the manager was called on the phone, he came around the corner in socks and bedhead like he just woke up. Than they put me in whay I believe was a smoking room when they finally figured something out for me, just smelled like cigarettes, when I woke up, there was a smokey haze in the room like people had been smoking so much all night in there rooms that it made it’s way into ours. All around a bad experience, wish I would have been given a refund or a discount at the very least.
