I really liked my room spacious I hated that the oil was closed out of season crap it was hot when I was there no excuse to have pill closed !!

We had a good time here. However the service at this hotel leaves much to be desired. We had a great experience with Ali from the Algerian restaurant who was warm and helpful at every turn. He stands out as an example of what service could be like here. In contrast the bar staff was contemptuous towards guests. I overheard them insulting me in Arabic as they assumed I didn’t understand the language. Overall expect a mixed bag with service. Everything else is 4-star like experience.

La chambre est propre le service est très correct, le ménage satisfaisant, le confort du lit convenable.

Je remercie le service client d’expédia qui a pu régler le problème même si mon appel a été facturé depuis Alger 😤.

Tout était impeccable : la propreté des lieux, le confort des chambres et la qualité du service. Le personnel est attentif et professionnel. L’hôtel offre une très belle vue et une ambiance paisible. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Le pire hôtel 5 étoiles où j'ai jamais eu à loger. Le DG et le personnel de nettoyage doivent être virés sans préavis et la gestion de l'hôtel confiée à des professionnels. Les chaînes hôtelières internationales se l'arracheraient...

Bel hôtel avec une magnifique vue, personnel au top sauf au Spa où la dame n'a pas l'air contente d'être là ! Mais sinon très bel hôtel, bon petit déj, très belle piscine assez grande. Je conseille vivement et je reviendrai merci
