Room was ok , door looked like it had been broke into, had 2 towels asked for more and manager didn’t want to give another one , but finally got one , good for a night if you half to stay there !

Cleanliness was barely ok, room smelled funky. Table lamp had brken leg so was tippy. Room lighting was poor. HVAC unit had broken case, was loud and was dirty. Clothes rack had zero hangers. Dated and needed painting.

This met our needs for a cheap place to stay off the highway on our way down south. The staff was very unfriendly with our late arrival. The room was sufficient for a cheap room but the paint was coming off all over the bathroom

It's understandable for the price for the room to be bare minimum. However, there were several items I thought would be better due to the hotel rating. The floor was filthy. My socks were black from walking on the floor. The couch was also dirty to the point we didn't want to sit on it. The towels were thin, the refrigerator was iced over and there was no coffee maker. The area was also sketchy. At all hours of the night, people were walking through or hanging out in the parking lot. It just didn't feel safe.

Disappointing for $75. Floor was not clean, toilet seat was cracked, bed lamp was rusty, not enough towels. Broken glass and general dirtiness around exterior so not able to walk dog. No breakfast. Coffee not ready - doors still locked - at 6am when many travelers want to hit the road. Management should spend some money on upkeep and should offer breakfast like everyone else.

WE WERE ROBBED. Since we were on the road with a pickup truck and a U-Haul (moving from suburban Washington, DC to Central Florida), I asked the lady at the front desk if it was safe to park on their property as we checked in at around 10:00 PM on Sunday, March 29, 2026, and she confirmed that yes it was. When we awoke and went to leave at about 10:00 AM on Monday, March 30, 2026, we realized that someone had ripped open the protective cover on the back of our pick up truck, and had stolen a suitcase, a $250 Vornado vintage-style fan, and had damaged our tool box. We immediately informed the front desk, and they told us to call the police. They did nothing else. An officer appeared shortly thereafter, and he informed us that it was the second time in a week that he had gone to that hotel because of a robbery. We went behind the hotel into the woods to search for our items, since the officer told us that sometimes thieves dump what they've stolen. Luckily, we found our suitcase with its contents spread about. However, the Tornado fan was nowhere to be found. Since then, the hotel had refused to reimburse us for the night we stayed there, and much less for the stolen fan. On top of that, Hotels.com did reach out to them, but nothing came of it. I cannot be more vehement: DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

The room was okay but could use a little updating. It was fine for the overnight stay and for the price. It was somewhat noisy and could hear road traffic. Had a bottom floor room and the people above us were very loud. Suggest a second floor room if staying here.

Non-Smoking Room smelled of smoke to the point we could taste it. Transferred to another room with a dirty air conditioning, moldy bath tub, broken toilet seat and holes in the drywall, patches of paint/wallpaper missing. There for 10 minutes and asked for refund. Brentwood stated they could not - just contact hotels.com and they could help us. Hotels.com and Brentwood would not provide refund. Had to pay for a separate hotel. Would absolutely give 0 stars and not recommend. Pictures on hotels.com must have been from when inn first opened. Absolutely gross.

It seemed like the kind of place that is housing homeless people. There were shopping carts full of trash & multiple cats running around. We both travel for a living (flight attendant & truck driver) this was by far the most run down and creepy place. We stayed because we had driven from Maine heading to Florida & needed SLEEP.sleep drie
