My room was double booked so i had to switch to a room with no balcony and a full sized bed(def not queen as advertised). Then at roughly 7am loud alarms with buzzers above the bed started going off for several minutes. This happened a few more times throughout the morning before checkout. Fire department showed up. No fire.
I notified Hotels.com customer service who told me Anthem house wouldnt even respond so im not getting compensation.
I almost never leave bad reviews even when deserved and i didnt intend to waste my time with it but i got an email bothering me to leave a review so here it is.
