Our recent stay was made truly memorable, not just by the beautiful facilities, but more so the exceptional service provided by every single member of staff. It is rare to find a hotel where every interaction feels both professional and genuinely warm.
It’s clear that there is a culture of excellence at Gateway. Home is never about the location, it's about the people that make a home and the staff made our trip feel like a true "home away from home." This might be the first time where we have felt really disappointed in leaving and going back to home. We would have definitely like to have stayed longer.

Simply outstanding, Beach facing room. Awesome service.
My dad was feeling unwell, he is 78. They took great care by cooking home food just for him. Overall they gave my family excellent hospitality and kudos to the outstanding team starting from Front desk to Guest hospitality to Kitchen. You guys simply rock!! on behalf of Dilip Sen and Pubali Sen who stayed here in between 30th Sept - 2nd Oct.
