Brand new property (open one day). Great location and friendly staff. Working thru a few issues but nothing major ( bedroom tv not working and water pressure in shower).

Staff is the reason for the poor rating. Was double billed and had to call 3x’s after failed follow through from the previous staff. Seems like this hotel needs better management to train and ensure their staff are prepared and handling customers properly.

Nice hotel but there were dirty dishes sitting in nasty water in the sink. We asked for the room to be cleaned while we were out the next day, but it never happened.

awsome desk clerk under alot of pressure because door keys were not working. cant give 5 stars because took over 6 hours to resolve door issues.

Location was ok. No restaurants within walking distance.
Creamer in room was curdled.
Coffee in breakfast area was good and replaced often.
Cost was the main reason we only stayed one night.
