The pipe from the sink was not connected so water was spilling on the ground if we turned the water on. Was later contacted by the hotel that they needed to shut down the hotel due to plumbing issues and find other arrangements.

When we first pulled into the parking lot the place looked run-down. No one at the desk, a bell and a phone number to call to get service. Called the number waited about 5 minutes for someone to come check us in. She said breakfast was 6-9am, cool. Go to the room, looked like they went in and made the beds with the same bedding from the last guests, vacuumed the main strip of carpet down the center and that’s it. Dirty areas against all walls, corners… crumbs in the corners presumably from guests (hopefully not rats). Sat down tried to watch TV and every single channel was frozen on one frame. Restroom poorly stocked, only provided half a roll of toilet paper and one towel for a 2 adult, 2 bed room. Sat down at the desk to try to take care of some business and noticed a mystery liquid running down the walls. The AC made a terrible grinding noise. Fast forward to next morning and the “breakfast” consisted of some old coffee and stale donuts. Would NOT recommend this place at all. Do yourselves a favor and stay in sand point 10 mins down the road, stay away from this place in ponderay.

Stuff was courteous had a new computer program so it took much longer than usual was no ice bucket or glasses in room and there was no breakfast like was advertised before I chose to stay here

There was never anyone at the front desk. If you needed something you had to constantly call the hotel phone. The breakfast was poor, it consisted of donuts and coffee. The staff was not friendly at all. We were there for four days and were not asked once if we needed anything. The hotel is in poor shape. We will never stay there again. If we wouldn’t have lost our money to them we would have stayed somewhere else. Very poor.

Where do I start? Check in was horrendous and time consuming even though the room was paid for a month in advance. They also charged my card again the day I checked out, so I was double charged and am now in the process of making a dispute with my bank. Customer service was lacking, the WiFi sucked, the coffee sucked, the water pressure and hot water were non existent, and there were issues with the door keys on multiple occasions. The rooms were cheap and clean but the property is run down and needs obvious repairs. Needless to say I will NEVER stay here again.

The room itself was decently clean but needed a few minor repairs, the free continental breakfast was non existent and when asked about it, they stated the policy was "changed 3 days ago, but not updated with Expedia." After asking about it, the engraved sign on the wall behind the desk was covered up with tape. The carpets looked like a trip hazard the way it wrinkled (wasn't pulled tight) and it was just an overall unpleasant experience.

NO, room was NOT in good shape. TV never worked...even though three members of staff tried to fix it. Clock radio didn't work. Floor was sticky by sink. The hot tub was broken. Several locks at two rooms were obviously broken...and in pieces. Entry door at back of hotel was defective (with tape over it). Staff tried to be helpful. No one was there at checkout. Never got any paperwork to confirm card purchase. Floor in hallways looked wet and needed replacement. Whole motel needed work. Was promised a 10% discount due to TV issues. No proof we ever got it.
