Communication with management was top notch. The rooms were spacious but a little dated. The shower leaked onto the floor outside of it, not sealed especially well. The location was convenient to so much and was close to the train station. Also just a short walk to the belfry and the guild houses. Overall we had a lovely stay and would be fine with staying again knowing the situation.

Perfekt beliggenhed. Bemærk dog at det er svært at finde værelser med aircondition i Brugge generelt, så når man komme om sommeren kan der blive pænt varmt.

Very interesting decor and clean and quiet room. A handy location to see the city. Lots of shops around and a nice park-like view from our window. No elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was large, bathroom was good and the location excellent. Only complaints would be that the fixtures could use a good cleaning and that we only got two coffee pods for our four-night stay. There was no shampoo or shower gel provided. Although located on a ring road and a little noisy during the morning commute, it quiets down at night. Quick walk into the town centre and also a short walk to the train station or bus stop. There are a few cafes and restaurants just steps away. We felt very safe and comfortable here and would stay again.

Her şey ok temizdi. giriş çıkış kolaydı. yeri ve park imkanı çok iyi. her şeyiyle çok iyi bir deneyimdi. Ayrıca ok üst düzey bir hizmet sistemi geliştirilmiş. Lokal rehber sistemi web sitesi vs gib hizmetler çok iyi düşünülmüş. işletmeciyi hiç görmeden sizinle ne kadar iyi ilgilendiğini hissedebiliyorsunuz. Herkese çok teşekkür ederiz.

We booked this property as a family with two young children but left almost immediately due to serious security concerns. Before arrival, I contacted the property via WhatsApp and Expedia with specific questions about parking, but every response was a generic message that didn’t answer my questions. On arrival, we discovered that the code for the main entrance was exactly the same as the code for our room. Even more concerning, there was no way to lock the room from the inside. This meant anyone with access to the building also had access to our room, leaving us feeling completely unsafe. We immediately booked another hotel nearby. The room was reasonably clean, although pizza boxes had been left on the balcony. There was only one fan for two rooms, making it very warm. The customer service afterwards was equally disappointing. Expedia contacted the property several times regarding a refund due to our security concerns, but each request was rejected without any meaningful response. When I explained why we couldn’t stay, I received only another generic automated message asking me to leave a review. Expedia later said the property had tried to contact me directly, but I received no messages, calls or emails. Based on our experience, we strongly do not recommend staying here. The lack of security, poor communication and complete disregard for our concerns meant we did not feel safe, and we would encourage other travellers, especially families to look elsewhere.

Top Lage mit kleinen Mängeln im Detail ​Die Lage und das Parken Die Nähe zur Stadt ist absolut fantastisch und ein echter Pluspunkt. Da die Parksituation direkt vor Ort etwas schwierig ist, haben wir das Parkhaus Interparking am Busbahnhof genutzt, was preislich sehr fair ist. ​Wichtiger Tipp für andere Gäste: Zahlt nicht im Voraus für den gesamten Aufenthalt! Das Ticket verliert beim ersten Ausfahren seine Gültigkeit und man muss für die restliche Zeit neu bezahlen. ​Zimmerausstattung und Komfort Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Abdunkelung der Zimmer funktioniert hervorragend, sodass man ungestört schlafen kann. Allerdings gibt es ein paar technische Aspekte, die den Aufenthalt trüben: Das WLAN im Zimmer war leider recht langsam. Zudem waren die Heizungen bei unserer Ankunft ausgeschaltet, was bei einer Außentemperatur von ca. 4 °C für eine recht frische Zimmertermperatur sorgte. ​Mängel und Instandhaltung Leider gibt es im Badezimmer erste Anzeichen von Schimmel sowie Blasenbildung unter der Wandfarbe. Das Lüften gestaltete sich schwierig, da das Rollo defekt war. Auch die Geräuschkulisse sollte man beachten: Die Wohnung ist recht hellhörig, und bei Regen entstehen auf dem Dach Geräusche, die an ein Wellblechdach erinnern. ​Wichtige Hinweise zur Barrierefreiheit Ein wichtiger Punkt für Reisende mit eingeschränkter Mobilität oder schwerem Gepäck: Die Treppen zu den Zimmern 3 und 4 sind sehr steil und beschwerlich
