We booked a private standard room but were given a room with a connecting door straight into the adjacent room. It felt unsafe and lacked basic privacy. When we complained, the hotel staff just argued with us and made excuses that it was "just the staff" in the next room, which is completely unacceptable. We chose to check out and leave the hotel immediately.
