The manager/receptionist is really nice, friendly and helpful. It's just basically a house with 5 bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom, converted into a hotel, but it serves its niche as a low-cost place to stay while visiting Morelia. If it doesn't specifically say there's a private bathroom in the room you're renting, then there's not / it's shared. The place is kept very clean, and I didn't see any bugs during my 8 day stay there! You're provided with soap at the sink, shampoo that dispenses by dribs and drabs in the shower, and a towel. If you like facecloths, bring your own; they're not common in Mexico. My bed was hard, but I bought a $17 CDN dollar quilt at Walmart to lay over the mattress, which made it work for me. I appreciated this low-cost place to stay while visiting Morelia.
