Our stay started off bad . The key was not left where the check in instructions stated. After an hour of waiting in the car with my kids , a help ticket , and a few phone calls to the help line we finally got different instructions and retrieved the key . Once the apartment was accessed, my child took a shower and the apartment smelled as if there was a sewage leak. We basically treated all the drains in the house with hot soap and water and the smell went away . I did enter in a few help tickets but no real response . On the check out we couldn't leave the key as instructed because the check in instructions were not correct . I left the key where I thought was best and sent a message there was no way I was going to wait an hour to get updated check out instructions, But besides all that we survived and the apartment served as intended.
