Fue muy mala experiencia, porque no respetaron mi reservación hecha con anterioridad através de la plataforma Hoteles.com asi que al llegar al aeropuerto en la noche y preguntar por mi resrvación ni siquiera contestaron mi llamada. Asi que tuve que tomar otro hotel en la misma plataforma y resolver de ultima hora.

Me gustó el precio, aunque tienen anunciado 999 con IVA incluido, mi reserva la hice en plataforma cobraron 150.00 pesos más, afortunadamente si hubo cuarto, por qué mantienen reserva hasta las 4.00 por qué por plataforma no respetan el horario, el tanque sanitario no servía, no había jabón de manos por lo demás bien

La habitación estaba limpia aunque super estrecha, para pasar al otro lado de la cama, era golpearme la cabeza con un empotrado en la pared, y mido 1.67 o sea , los cubículos de baño y regadera minúsculaos, la recepcionista tardo mucho tiempo en buscar mi reservacion, alegando que no existía y que ellos no reciben reservaciones de hoteles.com, y yo con urgencia de usar el sanitario, hasta que le mostré el número de reservacion, ni siquiera lo miró y dijo ya aparecio
