The rooms were bigger than usual double rooms in tokyo, which was a relief. The staff couldn't provide adapters so we had to buy one in the city. The staffs english wasn't good but it was not really a big problem. The biggest problem was the pachinko-slot right next to the hotel, even with closed windows you couldn't overhear the pachinko sounds next door. (sometimes until 2 or 3am, sometimes only until midnight) We couldn't quite figure out how to work the air conditioner, but we could open the windows and i'm pretty sure the staff would have helped us if we asked them. All in all it was a decent stay
