The room was nice and clean, the only thing is that the family room was on the 3rd floor, there was no way we could carry all of our luggage so we needed to just grab a small bag and leave the rest in our car. Also the hotel’s lobby and restaurant was closed and the restaurant was closed, we couldn’t have access to the internet.

Ich habe statt Basis-Zweibettzimmer ein anderes Zimmer bekommen - Schlafwagon-Vierbettenzimmer, nicht wie ich es gebucht habe. Im Bad/Toilette war die Tür kaputt und ging gar nicht zu. Es gab keinen Haartrockner und auch keine Seife. Statt Parkettboden, war im Zimmer Holzdielenboden. Das Fenster war schmutzig und die Spinnenweben hingen an den Wänden runter. Die Eingangstür knallte ganz laut bein rein- und rausgehen.Vor Ort war kein Personal da, es gab lediglich eine Notfallsnummer.
