Staff was fantastic, we flew in early and our kids had bad jet lag and they let us check in early and accommodated us really well. Location is also good next to groceries and restaurants.

10/10 – Aussergewöhnlich

Very suitable place to have a quick stop after arriving. Not a lot of amenities but the staffs are very helpful in answering question despite it doesn't use a front desk.

8/10 – Sehr gut

Enkelt men väldigt fräscht hotell. Rymligt familjerum. Bra med litet pentry för frukost fix. Bra gratis parkering utanför hotellet. Nära till restauranger och mataffärer. Ingen reception så man får sköta sig själv.

10/10 – Aussergewöhnlich

- Cleanliness: The room and common areas were very clean. - Convenience: There were well-stocked shops nearby for everything I needed. - Location & Value: It is located not far from downtown Reykjavik and offers a lower price than closer options. Overall, it was a great value.

Great place to stay with the family. Clean and well appointed, was just like in the photos. We received a code for entry, nice and easy. About 12min drive from downtown, Bónus and Kronan are right next door for groceries and snacks.

8/10 – Sehr gut

Location is great in terms of proximity Otherwise some sketchy parts

2/10 – Mangelhaft

Didn’t know I was signing up to share a bathroom, couldn’t get in as they didn’t send me codes, support was slow and terrible. Ghetto. Don’t book
Verifizierte Bewertung

2/10 – Mangelhaft

The bathroom smelled like a sewer. We had to keep the bathroom door closed and the exhaust fan running to keep the odor contained in the bathroom. I think the odor is from the water, as the water smells horrible. The room was nice and clean but inhabitable if one cannot shower, wash hands, brush teeth, etc.

This is an interesting line check in hotel with no check in desk. You need to check in on line to be sent the access door codes. I didnt and it caused some disruption but I call the number and the codes were sent. This is a basic hotel. The landings and rooms are spotless. The common entrance quite grubby making entry to the hotel corridors a pleasant surprise. The rooms could do with bed side lights , but apart from that I think it was reasonable value for money. This is fairly basic in facilities and its in a light industrial area. However its really well located.

Self care hotel, remember online check in first. Smoothly check in get a passcode, check email. Clean. Just for sleep, The price is good.

4/10 – Mittelmäßig

Was locked out for over an hour because our code didn’t open the outside door. The entry area smelled like fish.
Verifizierte Bewertung

8/10 – Sehr gut

The location from outside not look that good and was lucky to have one parking spot avilable. Room very clean as well as washroom, look like been totally renovated. There is no front desk, everything done by codes for main entry door and your room once you check-in. Only negative concerns, that heater Knob was broken and we was unable to reduce room temperature, ended up by sleeping and keep window open,I already called the hotel staff but couldn't help.
Verifizierte Bewertung

4/10 – Mittelmäßig

The location wasn’t ideal, and the outside of the property was not clean at all. There was a lot of junk and clutter at the entrance, which gave a poor first impression. The room also did not have air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable, and the shower water had a strange fish-like odor that was very unpleasant. On the positive side, the housekeeping staff was very helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the property and the issues with the room outweighed the positive service.
Verifizierte Bewertung

2/10 – Mangelhaft

The customer service of this place is next to none. They provided a code that doesn’t work for one of the doors we had to go through and no one cared to fix it. We were lucky that someone else with a valid code opened the door for us. I reported the problem right away and no one came to fix the issue at all. The contact property messages were a joke since it solved nothing. We were forced to stay in the room the whole time of our stay fearing we won’t be lucky enough the second time we got stuck at the door. There were no shampoo and body wash in the bathroom, either. The room itself is clean, but I won’t recommend this place at all.
