What happened was that after my booking and my check-in time was agreed and confirmed by the property. I was now on my way to theproperty. I arrived at the property almost midnight for them to inform me that there's no room available. I asked them what about the room I bought for a week stay? I was told that they sent me a text message to inform me that the room has been sold to another customer whi was going to stay for 2 weeks and has paid immediately.
I was even told that they don't like dealing with hotels.com because they only get their money after the client has stayed and after check out before they get paid by hotels.com.
I was left to search for another property at that hour of past midnight.
It was my worst nightmare experience at that hour of the night.
My only luck was that the driver that took me to the property stayed behind and took me back to the airport where I spent the night until the next morning.
It was really horrible and I'll never wish my worst enemy to pass through what I experienced.
They aren't trusted and will never step into their closure anymore
I was really horrified by the behaviour of the staff present as they were careless to my safety issues.
I'll never recommend.
