I asked to change rooms after we checked in as the sofa looked awful with stains and rips. The fella who was at the front desk was apologetic and moved us. The next room was the same, but it was late at night and we were tired. In the am asked the mgr. about it and she said as they are dog friendly, they clean them once a month and that is the way it is, and it cannot be helped! So, we asked for a sheet, and wrapped it over the sofa.
We are in the Hilton Honors and have stayed at 2 other Hotel2Suites this past year. I loved the daily change of the breakfast menu. We stayed 6 nights and when I asked about the breakfast always the same, I was told they felt it was better to let clients assemble their own breakfast sandwich. Seemed like an easier way for the Hotel to me.
Also, the other locations had real plates & metal utensils for breakfast. Here it is only paper plates & plastic utensils.
This is petty but arriving from a long stressful travel day I knew that the other sites sold bottles of wine. The empty spaces were on the shelf, as they were sold out of all the wine.
