It was an absolute nightmare! The whole facility is falling apart, the room was not cleaned. The room was INFESTED with roaches! The “housekeeper “ is a literal active crackhead, and the linens had stains on them. The stovetop did not work and had exposed electrical. There was stuff stuck to the walls and floor. The curtains were dirty and torn…. There just isn’t enough time in the day to point out all of the reasons why this places should never be visited by decent people!!! Calling the health department and code enforcement.

I prepaid and booked online and when I arrived I was devastated because I was told I had to go find more money or borrow 15 dollars because they did not honor booking from hotel.com even though I had a reservation already paid. After I found the money I paid the what I felt was illegal and wrong extra money so we would t be on the streets because we had just drove 7 and 1/2hours, we then were told we were getting an upgraded room. There were spider webs longer than the wall, roaches, spiders in every corner, bigger than I have ever seen in my life and I have pics, the walls had what appeared to be feces on the, the microwave had a croissant in it that had been left so long the smell almost knocked me out and the old food flies that few out the microwave got all over me and my guest, I went to the office and was told to sit there with the flies and he will send housekeeping. I was outdone! Housekeeping came and sprayed bleach in the microwave, not bothering to kill the flies, also not wiping the bleach out after spraying. I also have pictures of this! The rest of the walls were filthy and there was not an upgrade Insight the second lie that was told by the front desk clerk. I could not do the spiders and roaches so I begged for another room because he told me they were out. He said he didn’t have anything. After he left a new desk clerk assure me if I gave him another two hours he would have something cleaned by then. 5043306128…. Do not stay here! Online is deceiving,infested

Tldr;Super cheap with sweet check-in help, but severe roach infestation and zero response from front desk – had to leave. The price was the main draw here – very budget-friendly for the area near DFW. The girl who checked me in yesterday was genuinely sweet and helpful. When I got to my room on the third floor and realized there was no remote for the TV, I called the front desk. She personally brought one over to the opposite side of the complex in what felt like under 3 minutes. That kind of quick, friendly service is rare, especially at this price point. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The room was infested with roaches – and I mean seriously infested. They were everywhere: on the walls, crawling across the bed, on the floor. Several were boldly walking around like they owned the place, and one even crawled right on me while I was trying to settle in. No matter where I looked, I saw more. It was impossible to relax, let alone sleep, with the constant movement and sheer number of them. I ended up leaving because there was no way I could stay in that environment. If you're looking for the absolute cheapest option and can somehow overlook (or don't mind) major pest issues, maybe it's tolerable for some. But for me, the roaches made it completely unlivable, and the total lack of response from staff when I reported it sealed the deal. I won't be back and can't recommend it unless they get serious pest control and better customer service.

Horrible management. Here's what happend it was snowing in Dallas and the room rate was around a hundred dollars, the owner booked the entire place and if you came to check in they charge you a minimum forty bucks on top of the reservations, they were testing to gouge people charge a 120 bucks on top of the fee. They asked about 16 people who had confirmed reset ovation to cancel becuase they charged people 259 dollars cash instead... So it was bad and we had many witnesses to this... I ended up walking to the Sheraton next door and booked a clean and safe room for 220 and I was happy I did. Also the property is terrible and thus was bad.

They didn’t have any rooms and the people over there were scamming and charged us again just to book a room I booked online. We paid double the initial price online. The room was VERYYY BAD and wasn’t cleaned. Only one heater worked. Next morning they tried to tell us that we checked out of our room already and gave us our cash refund back. NEVER WENT UP TO THE FRONT DESK TILL IT WAS ACTUALLY TIME TO CHECKOUT. WORST STAY EVER. Never got our money back either. They need to figure out what they are doing .

We had very bad experience with our recent stay. Room had bugs and roaches, the bed sheets seemed unclean, the room had a strong (cheep) perfume smell; also no drinking water was available either. In addition, despite receiving a confirmation when we made the reservation, we were told there was no room available when we arrived. At the end they offered us a room but asked for extra payment.

El peor hotel que he estado, la habitación necesita muchos arreglos, había literal cucarachas, no había suficientes focos y el piso estaba sucio The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room needed a lot of repairs, there were literally cockroaches, there weren't enough light bulbs, and the floor was dirty.

Staying in this hotel felt like a scam. They charged me an extra $15 when I got there because they said hotels.com hadn’t updated to reflect their actual room prices, and they were doing the same thing to everyone else in the lobby, and asking people to cancel their hotels.com reservations and book with them directly so they could make more money (they actually said this outright, and demanded that some people do this if they wanted to be assigned a room for the night). They were also telling people that despite having hotels.com or expedia reservations, there weren’t going to be enough rooms for everyone waiting in the lobby. Then, the room itself! dings in the walls, areas of peeled-off paint, warps in the floor, signs of bedbugs in the mattresses and no duvets. And when I went to change the heater temperature the whole front panel fell off of it exposing a dirty and rusted grill underneath. I slept on the floor to try and avoid the bedbugs but when I woke up there were like, 8 of them visibly skittering around on the floor. This hotel was the stuff of nightmares. It needs to be shut down and definitely not offered as an option on third party travel websites. I will 100% be requesting a refund and disputing the charge if it’s not given.

After making a reservation and having a confirmation number, I get to the hotel free great expense because Uber was surcharging due to the weather and they didn’t have any rooms. There were at least 6 other people with the same problem. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous that they were booking rooms and charging full price when they didn’t even have the inventory.

The first room they gave us, had no electricity working in the room. The 2nd room we got had cockroaches. It was so bad our family left the hotel at 2am and just slept at the airport.

What can you say about this place you open the door the cockroaches scatter it says studio six which means it might have a kitchen. Does it has a refrigerator and a sink? Felt unsafe the whole time I was at this place too just like the surrounding areas just horrible. I just have nothing. Good to say about this place.
